Train with us for the 2012 Corvallis Half Marathon

Attend an informational meeting and first run on Saturday, January 7. We’ll meet at 8am at Adams Elementary School Gym. Beginners and casual runners, and runners of all abilities are welcome! We do recommend that you’ve been running at least 3 days and 10 miles per week before joining the training.

The 12 week training will consist of a Wednesday evening track workout (6pm at the CHS track) and a Saturday group long run. Saturday runs begin from various locations in Corvallis, typically at 8:00am. Timberhill Athletic Club offers a free body compisition analysis and nutritional tracking program for those who would like to participate.

The charge for the training is just $50 (this does not include race entry).
